About Us
We are a US-based company dedicated to organizing home care assistance for seniors. Currently, we are seeking a remote team member for our HR department to manage applications for health aide positions.
Position: HR (English, Spanish, Russian)
👉 If you are fluent in Russian (native), Spanish (upper-intermediate or advanced), and possess HR experience, we want to hear from you! 📝
Requirements
- Russian: Native proficiency
- Spanish: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
- Equipment & Connectivity: Own computer and Ethernet (LAN) connection
- Experience: In the HR field
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
- Attitude: Positive and professional
Responsibilities
- Managing the application process
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with potential applicants 📞
- Following up on documentation, scheduling appointments, and clarifying inquiries
- Making outbound calls to new applicants to offer job opportunities
- Performing additional HR-related tasks and follow-ups
Work Schedule
🕘 Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York Time)
🕓 Equivalent to 4:00 PM – Midnight (Kiev Time)
