Position: Remote HR Team Member (Applicant Coordinator)

Requirements

• Language Skills: Russian – Native; Spanish – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
• Technology: Ethernet (LAN) connection and your own computer (remote work setup)
• Experience: Prior experience in HR sphere
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Manage application process for job applicants
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential applicants 📞
• Follow up on missing documentation and schedule appointments
• Make outbound calls to prospective applicants to promote job openings
• Perform various HR-related tasks and follow-ups

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York Time Zone) / 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Kiev Time Zone) 🕒
