About the Role

At Thales, you'll become an integral part of our HR Shared Service Center, supporting employees and managers daily. Your role will involve providing first-class HR support, ensuring smooth systems operations, and assisting international teams. What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics 🤝
• Support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letters to their first day and beyond 🚀
• Maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy and quality 💾
• Assist international teams with onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes 🌍
• Create HR letters, reports, and documents that simplify people's lives 📝
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 🔧

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in HR, Management, or related field — or practical experience demonstrating your skills 🎓
• Fluency in French — mandatory for supporting HR activities in Belgium 🇫🇷
• Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and approachable 🗣️
• Attention to detail and the ability to bring structure where needed 🎯
• Enjoy working with diverse cultures and backgrounds 🌏
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude 💡
• Confidence in Microsoft Office tools — Excel, Word, and Outlook 💻
• Experience with HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a big plus 🚀
