• Hours: Standard U.S. working hours with occasional flexibility for global collaboration

About the Role

This position supports a large-scale data curation and mapping project within a people-focused function. You will be instrumental in maintaining data accuracy, organization, and integrity while working closely with internal teams and international colleagues.

Note: This role is not translation-focused. Most daily work is in English, centered on data operations. Mandarin/Cantonese skills are used for specific tasks, such as handling Chinese-language names or collaborating with a Hong Kong-based team.

Global Collaboration 🤝

• Partner regularly with colleagues in Hong Kong on shared workflows and data initiatives
• Engage in cross-time-zone communication, primarily early mornings (no overnight shifts)
• Occasional off-hours calls with flexibility while maintaining a U.S.-based schedule
• Laptop provided to support remote communication when needed

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing HR data mapping and curation projects
• Accurately input, organize, and maintain employee data across systems
• Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent data entries
• Assist with data validation and quality control efforts
• Work with Chinese-language data when required (e.g., extracting and standardizing names into English formats)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements and uphold data integrity initiatives
