Join our HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon and be at the forefront of delivering a seamless employee experience across multiple countries, with a special focus on supporting HR activities for Belgium in French.

About the Role

At Thales, you’ll play a vital role in supporting employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in French is essential for supporting our Belgian HR activities.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

• Serve as the first point of contact: Be the friendly face for employees and managers on all HR-related topics.
• Support new joiners: Guide them from offer letter to their first day (and beyond).
• Maintain HR systems: Ensure data accuracy and system integrity for seamless operations.
• Assist international teams: Support onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes.
• Create HR documents: Develop letters, reports, and documents that simplify people's lives.
• Participate in HR projects: Contribute to ongoing initiatives to improve our ways of working.

What You Bring to the Table 🌟

• Educational background or experience: Degree in HR, Management, or related field, or hands-on experience demonstrating your skills.
• Language skills: Fluency in French is mandatory, exclusively supporting HR operations for Belgium.
• Communication skills: Clear, confident, and approachable in all interactions.
• Attention to detail: Naturally organized, with the ability to create structure where needed.
• Cultural enthusiasm: Enjoy working with diverse teams from different backgrounds.
• Proactivity & adaptability: Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Technical proficiency: Confident in Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR platforms is a plus.
