Job Description Overview
Recruitment Support 🎯
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to support the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment progress.
- Support hiring managers with job descriptions, candidate selection, and offer letters.
HR Reporting & Analytics 📊
- Prepare HR reports for leadership, focusing on recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and other key HR data.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, aiding decision-making.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards for recruitment and other HR functions.
Employee Onboarding & Training 📋
- Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of paperwork, system setups, and orientation scheduling.
- Assist in coordinating training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and preparing materials.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and effective communication of training information to new hires.
Performance Management Support ⭐
- Maintain tracking systems for employee evaluations, goal-setting, and performance reviews.
Human Resource Management 🌐
- Support managers in tracking employee progress toward performance and development goals.
- Collect and compile feedback for performance appraisals.
Administrative & Logistics Support 🗂️
- Perform general HR administrative tasks, including document management and employee record maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, HR events, and employee accommodations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications & Skills ✅
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years experience in administrative or HR support roles, especially recruitment
- Strong skills in data analysis and HR reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and independence
- Flexible hours, including possible overtime and travel as needed
