Position: Human Resource Coordinator 📋

As an HR Coordinator fluent in Creole, you will be a crucial link between our organization and our diverse workforce. Your skills in human resources, communication, and compliance will support employee relations, onboarding, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities 🌟

  • Assist with all hiring, onboarding, and training of new caregivers
  • Track, maintain, and update personnel records according to guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, along with company policies
  • Manage telephone communications professionally and supportively
  • Work closely with caregivers on HR-related matters

Qualifications ✅

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and Haitian Creole; Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in home care environments
  • Proficient in computer use — HHA Exchange preferred (training available)
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
