🔍 Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Consultant to join the Regional HR Group. You will be responsible for formulating HR strategies, spearheading HR innovation initiatives, and leading projects focused on HR system integration and development.

🌟 Essential Functions

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR index data across divisions, creating comprehensive reports that reveal workforce trends, turnover, absenteeism, and organizational effectiveness.
  • HR Practice Improvement: Conduct thorough analyses of current HR practices and lead initiatives for policy development supporting HR system integration.
  • Organizational Optimization: Lead high-level HR operations by analyzing organizational structures and implementing initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Consulting & Efficiency: Support HR consulting projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across all divisions.
  • Goal Setting & Performance Management: Define annual goals (MBO), develop action plans, and ensure accountability through performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Market Research & Compensation Strategy: Conduct market benchmarking to develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Assist in developing HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support organizational decision-making.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll operations, including data validation, auditing, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Develop strategies by analyzing workforce data and preparing industry trend reports.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for senior leadership as required.
  • New Business Initiatives: Support HR operations setup for new projects and business expansions.

🛡️ Supervisory Responsibilities

This position includes supervisory responsibilities, overseeing team performance and development.

🎓 Basic Qualifications

📚 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields (preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, structured environment with exposure to HR analytics, operations, or strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling HR metrics and data interpretation

🛠️ Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bilingual in Korean
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Advanced HR analytics capabilities with numerical data handling
  • Ability to develop high-level HR policies in areas such as compensation, benefits, attendance, and equal opportunity compliance
  • Proficient in handling HRIS systems

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or higher)
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Power BI experience
  • SAP HCM experience
  • Payroll operation and auditing experience
