Position Location
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the Grand Prairie, TX production facility. This is an on-site role, requiring presence 5 days per week.
What We Are Looking For
Sensaria wants a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across various HR functions. You will oversee onboarding, performance management, champion culture initiatives, and ensure legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers & employees on HR policies, benefits, and performance issues
- Lead performance processes and goal setting within your assigned business unit
- Champion HR projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct workplace investigations and guide managers on employee relations
- Train employees and managers on HR compliance topics
- Support recruitment efforts and collaborate on talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR or a related field
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or a similar HR generalist role
- 3+ years experience in Employee Relations
- Fluency in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of HR best practices & employment law
- Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG
Bonus Points
- PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR certification (preferred)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
