Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. The HR & Communications Coordinator will:

  • Support human resources operations, including employee relations, HR management, and benefits administration 📝
  • Implement and communicate HR policies effectively across teams
  • Manage bilingual documentation and ensure culturally informed HR practices 🌐
  • Engage in internal communications initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace
  • Bridge communication among diverse teams to promote collaboration and understanding 🤝

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR Management and human resources processes like onboarding, recruitment, and employee record-keeping 📂
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations, with a focus on creating a supportive environment
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement and maintain HR policies compliant with legal and organizational standards
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages 🗣️
  • Experience with cross-cultural communication and fostering diversity & inclusion in the workplace 🌎
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar HR or communications role is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
