▶︎ What Will You Do:
Payroll Support 💰
- Assist with payroll data entry and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain proper documentation
Benefits Administration Support 🌟
- Maintain and update benefits information and records
- Support benefits administration, including routine updates and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate complex issues
Recruitment Coordination 🎯
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment records and track applicant information
- Assist with onboarding and new hire processes
HR Data & Document Management 📂
- Update employee records within HR systems
- Organize and manage HR documents
- Ensure proper filing in line with company policies
General HR Administrative Support 📝
- Handle routine HR inquiries and administrative tasks
- Support HR projects and initiatives

- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s in related field preferred
