This on-site position requires presence in our Miami Warehouse three days a week.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will handle onboarding, attendance tracking, employee engagement, and ensure new employees are well-prepared for their first day. 📝
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding: Oversee the entire process, ensure paperwork is completed and filed properly.
- Conduct check-ins: Hold 30-, 60-, and 90-day interviews to gather feedback and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Track attendance: Monitor attendance for the company and sales team, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Financial tasks: Reconcile invoices and assist with HR budgeting for activities and events.
- Employee engagement: Coordinate office parties and team-building activities.
- Maintain records: Keep employee information accurate, confidential, and up-to-date.
- Administrative support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and handle miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Experience with ADP payroll and benefits reconciliation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule & Compensation
- Work schedule: 3 days a week, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Hourly rate: $26/hr, with potential increase after 90 days based on performance.
