Position: HR Admin / Benefits / Customer Care, Associate
🌟 The Role
As part of our team, you will support and execute data management and customer service activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your focus will be on HR administration processes and customer care services, with the flexibility to support varied responsibilities as needed.
📝 Responsibilities
- Advise clients using HR Administration expertise, understanding specific processes and tasks.
- Independently handle Data Management or Customer Service activities according to schedules and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely completion.
- Respond to tickets and calls within SLA times while maintaining high standards.
- Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs), highlighting gaps or inconsistencies and supporting updates when necessary.
- Proficiently utilize systems and tools.
- Complete SOC Controls promptly, providing necessary evidence.
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions related to client and country-specific processes, ensuring understanding and practical application.
- Report system issues or defects with complete details and evidence, enabling investigation.
- Alert Service Manager of any deviations from standard service scope.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Successfully complete all learning objectives.
- Record time accurately and punctually.
- Adhere to Strada Security Standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings, raising issues promptly.
- Stay updated with all HR announcements and communications.
- Build solid relationships across different lines of business.
- Update stakeholders promptly and accurately when required.
- Participate in assigned projects and activities.
🎯 Requirements
- University diploma or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
- Previous experience in HR Administration or Customer Support roles is a plus.
- Fluent in French and Italian (minimum B2 level), with good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Flexible to support a global, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently, following processes and procedures.
- Availability to support work shifts and bank holidays if needed.
- Hybrid work position – willing to work from the office as per company policy and manager agreement.
