🔹 Job Details

Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

⏰ Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM

🧹 Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team to uphold on-site standards
• Clean various flooring surfaces using vacuum, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing techniques
• Sanitize restrooms — sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.
• Dust and wipe down office furniture, equipment, baseboards, windows, and blinds
• Clean and disinfect breakrooms — countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors
• Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Follow proper labeling and usage instructions for cleaning chemicals
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, clean, and operational condition
• Operate specialized equipment as needed
• Report irregularities to prevent losses and damages
• Enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

🎓 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous janitorial and supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrate professionalism, appropriate conduct, and a service-oriented attitude
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in interactions
• Initiative and sound judgment for evaluating situations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and prioritization
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Minimum age: 18 years old

🛠️ Working Conditions

• Work may occur indoors or outdoors under various weather conditions
• Extensive walking or standing for prolonged periods
• Lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
