About the Role
We are recruiting a Housekeeper-Nanny with at least 5 years of experience in luxury residences. References from previous families are essential for verification. The role combines exceptional housekeeping skills with attentive childcare, all within a prestigious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Housekeeper & Cook
- Manage all service duties: breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Set up tables (mise-en-place) according to daily requirements
- Care for silverware, crystal, and fine cookeries
- Prepare tasty, healthy meals with Italian cuisine expertise
- Occasional dinner hosting with guests
- Grocery shopping and pantry management
- Perform general residence housekeeping: hoovering, dusting, cleaning windows, curtains, etc.
- Laundry and ironing of house linen, family wardrobe, and luxury clothing
- Childcare (Nanny)
- Care for a 4.5-year-old and a 1-month-old infant
- Organise educational and recreational activities
- Accompany children to school and extracurriculars
- Prepare healthy, kid-friendly Italian meals
- Manage children's bedrooms and wardrobe
- Travel & Flexibility
- Travel with the family to mountain, seaside, and boat holiday residences
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes
Profile & Skills
- Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- Highly professional, proactive, and initiative-taking
- Punctual, reliable, and discreet — safeguarding family privacy
- Good command of Italian language 🇮🇹
- Driving license and experience
- Experience on boats, yachts, or sailboats is mandatory
- Previous experience in high-profile families with verifiable references
Work Schedule & Location
The family is based in Roma. The Housekeeper-Nanny will be provided with private accommodation within the property.
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday, with Saturday afternoon and Sunday off
- Rest periods during the week are also required
- Flexibility is essential to accommodate family needs
- The start date is flexible; immediate availability is preferred
Languages & Requirements
- Fluent Italian communication skills 🇮🇹
- Driving license and experience driving, especially on boats/yachts
- Verifiable references from high-level families
Compensation & Benefits
The offered net monthly salary is €1,600, with consideration for highly qualified candidates exceeding budget. Additional benefits include:
