Housekeeper Responsibilities

• 🧹 Clean resident suites and community common areas according to schedule, including vacuuming, spot-cleaning carpets, and cleaning ceilings and walls to remove cobwebs.
• 🧴 Dust furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
• 🗑️ Remove trash and launder bed linens and towels.
• 🏠 Assist in Annual Suite Service of resident suites as scheduled.
• 🧼 Deep clean community common areas regularly.
• 🤝 Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance resident and family experiences.
• 🎓 Attend onboarding sessions, annual training, in-services, and team meetings as requested.
• 🔧 Perform other duties assigned by the Environmental Services Director.

Qualifications

• 🔸 Must be at least 18 years old.
• 🔸 Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• 🔸 Meet applicable health-related requirements based on state or provincial regulations.
• 🔸 Maintain any certifications mandated by local regulations.
• 🔸 Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
