💼 Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate LVN to join our team providing in-home health services. Immediate interviews are available, with an ASAP start for qualified candidates!

🔑 Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $40+ per visit, depending on experience
• Flexible, per diem, part-time schedule
• Work on the road, setting your own hours

📝 Requirements

• Valid and current LVN license
• Availability of at least two days per week—schedule visits at your convenience
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience with direct patient care
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and auto insurance
• Proficient reporting and documentation skills, familiar with EMR systems such as DSL (Datasoft Logic) or Synergy EMR (preferred, not required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to perform wound care, blood draws, and catheter care—or willingness to learn
• Preferably experienced in home health settings
• NO new grads—regulatory requirements restrict hiring without prior experience
• Work Location: On the road

🩺 Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Manage G-tube feeding, tracheostomy, and ventilator care
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Monitor blood sugar levels
• Manage Foley catheters
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation of services provided
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on health management

🎯 Qualifications & Certifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Active BLS Certification
• Current LVN license
