ProLife Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our dedicated team for live-out cases in Brooklyn, NY 11204, and Queens, NY 11374. If you have a passion for making a positive impact through quality home care, we want to hear from you! 🌟

Positions Available:

• Brooklyn Case: 4 hours/day for 7 days a week (must speak Italian 🇮🇹)
• Queens Case: 9 hours/weekend coverage (Saturday & Sunday) — Male aide preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide home care services to elderly individuals or those with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or other medical conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication and assist with medical documentation as required.
• Perform specialized medical tasks as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning and nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Alzheimer's or memory care is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when working with clients with physical or cognitive limitations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently based on care plans.
• Basic knowledge of medical procedures and the ability to provide first aid if necessary.

Please note: Occasional travel to healthcare facilities for client appointments or consultations may be required.
