Candidate Requirements

• At least 2+ years of recruiting and marketing experience in the healthcare or home care industry
• Bilingual proficiency in one of the following languages: Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew
• Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent work experience

Position Details

This is a full-time, in-person role based out of Brooklyn, NY. The salary range is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and with room for growth! 💼

Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Home Care Marketer with proven experience in healthcare or home care marketing. The ideal candidate will possess an active network, established relationships with key contacts—including CHHA/LHCSA agencies, special needs advocates, OPWDD liaisons, and healthcare offices—and the ability to build new connections. Candidates with backgrounds as Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Community Habilitation staff, Early Intervention providers, or within DOE/District 75 settings are strongly encouraged to apply. 🤝

Primary Responsibilities

• Represent the agency at community networking events and sponsored functions
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, with weekly effectiveness reports
• Maintain ongoing relationships with LHCSAs, IRAs, and other referral sources
• Identify opportunities to transition clients to CHHA services for medical support
• Educate caregivers, coordinators, and families about CHHA services, eligibility, and benefits
• Build and nurture relationships with B2B staff to facilitate timely referrals
• Act as a liaison to ensure smooth handoffs and positive patient experiences
• Adhere to professional attire standards—no jeans or sneakers allowed

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College experience preferred but not required

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in marketing, business development, or referral coordination in healthcare/home care
• Knowledge of LHCSA and CHHA operations, services, and eligibility

Skills

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and networking skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel within the service area as needed
