Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary 🔍

We are seeking a dynamic Home Care Marketer with experience in recruiting and marketing within healthcare or home care. The ideal candidate will have an active network of contacts such as CHHA/LHCSA, special needs advocates, OPWDD liaisons, MD offices, and referral departments.

If you have prior hands-on experience as a Paraprofessional, DSP, Community Habilitation staff, Early Intervention provider, or have worked within DOE/District 75 settings, you are encouraged to apply. Your background will support a deep understanding of client needs and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Represent the agency at community networking events and sponsored activities 🤝
• Develop and report on strategic marketing plans weekly, managing calendars and tracking efforts 📅
• Maintain ongoing relationships with LHCSAs, IRAs, and other B2B opportunities 🔗
• Identify opportunities for client transitions from B2B services to CHHA for various medical services 🔄
• Educate caregivers, coordinators, and families about CHHA services, eligibility, and benefits 📚
• Build strong referral relationships to ensure timely and appropriate patient care 🏥
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to facilitate smooth handoffs and excellent patient experiences 🤝
• Professional attire required; casual wear such as jeans and sneakers are not permitted 👔

Qualifications & Skills 🎓

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. College experience preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years in marketing, business development, or referral coordination within healthcare or home care 🎯
• Knowledge of LHCSA and CHHA operations, services, & eligibility criteria 📋

Skills

• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities 🌐
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills for patient transitions ✅

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 💻
