This allows our team more time to relax, recharge, and soak in the sunshine. Plus, we offer competitive full-time compensation starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, along with an array of benefits!

Language Support & Bonuses 🌎

• Language differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi
• Opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful probation
• Bilingual English/Spanish speakers can earn a $10,000 Stay-on Bonus ($5,000 at 6 months and $5,000 at 12 months)

About the Position

Northeast Family Services is actively seeking caring and experienced Home and Community-based Therapists to join our expanding New York team. Under the guidance of the Program Director, clinicians will deliver quality services in accordance with our policies, making a real difference in our clients’ lives.

Compensation & Requirements 💼

Salary & Bonuses

• Starting at $75,000 - $90,000 annually
• Premiums paid for multilingual capacity and specialized clinical skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and NY limited permit
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings (preferred)
• Excellent time management and independence skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available at this time
