Responsibilities

As a caregiver at TheKey, you’ll work 1:1 with clients inside their homes, assisting with:

• Personal Care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
• Light Housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: engaging in games, puzzles, and activities to provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

We seek compassionate caregivers who meet these eligibility criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years old
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance available upon hire)
• Meeting all state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
