🛠️ Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with TheKey, you'll provide 1:1 assistance to clients inside their homes, including:

• Personal Care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light Housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: playing games, puzzles, or engaging in activities that offer social and emotional support

📝 Qualifications

We seek compassionate caregivers who meet the following criteria:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we assist with obtaining this upon hire)
• Meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
