Key Responsibilities
- Challenge advanced language models on various Hindi topics, including verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and formal versus informal speech.
- Document all failure modes to strengthen model reasoning and robustness.
- Engage with the model through language scenarios, verify factual accuracy, and assess logical consistency.
- Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements in prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Hindi language, linguistics, or related fields.
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, metacognitive explanation — "showing your work".
What We Offer
Participate remotely as a Hindi Language Specialist (Roman Script) – AI Trainer on a contract basis. Compensation ranges from $8 to $65 per hour, determined based on your experience, expertise, and location. Note that as a contractor, you'll need to provide your own secure computer and high-speed internet. Company-sponsored benefits like health insurance and PTO are not included.
