Job Overview

A government contractor is looking for a qualified Hindi Reviewer/Editor/Certifier to provide accurate translation and review services to the Department of Justice. This is a part-time position focused on translating legal documents with the utmost attention to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate legal documents from Hindi to English and vice versa
• Review and edit translations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Certify that linguistic standards and confidentiality requirements are met
• Utilize CAT tools, specifically SDL Trados Studio, to enhance translation efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in translation, editing, or certification
• U.S. citizenship is a mandatory requirement
• Proficiency in SDL Trados Studio and other CAT tools
