Position Overview
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective instructional programs, supporting a diverse student body, and fostering a positive classroom environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging instructional lessons tailored to student needs
- Support and accommodate students from diverse backgrounds
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate actively with parents and guardians regarding student performance
- Create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and the community
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Virginia teaching license necessary
