Key Responsibilities:

• Teach all levels of French, with a preference for candidates capable of differentiating curriculum across multiple levels.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to develop cohesive curriculum plans.
• Support students’ spiritual and intellectual growth.
• Utilize educational technology effectively, including 1-1 iPad use, Apple Classroom, and other tools.

Qualifications & Preferences:

• Must be a practicing member of a faith community 🙏
• Strong passion for and understanding of French language and culture
• At least a bachelor’s degree in French or related field, or 24 credit hours in French
• 12 hours of education courses or a valid state certification preferred
• Willingness to support the spiritual and intellectual development of high school students
• Ability to apply current teaching principles, theories, and strategies
• Knowledge of curriculum design, mapping, and educational technology
• 1-3 years of teaching experience; Master’s Degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $12,000.00 – $24,000.00 per year 💵
