Responsibilities & Duties

• Fostering language proficiency: Helping students achieve fluency and develop an appreciation for French culture
• Classroom instruction: Delivering effective lessons that engage students
• Lesson planning: Creating instructional plans aligned with French curricula
• Assessment: Evaluating student progress through regular formative and summative assessments
• Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate classroom records
• Parent and Professional Communication: Meeting with parents, colleagues, and other professionals
• Extracurricular involvement: Participating in school events and activities

Qualifications

Teaching certification and experience teaching honors and AP courses are preferred, but not mandatory.
