💼 Home Health Aide Responsibilities

• Enable patients to remain safely in their homes by monitoring and recording their conditions, providing support services, and assisting families.
• Observe and report physical and mental changes, intake, output, and exercise routines.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands.
• Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support patient independence by instructing on the use of walkers, canes, and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment following agency policies and procedures.
• Accurately record patient information and notify nursing supervisors of any unusual conditions or concerns.
• Adhere to all professional standards, agency policies, and federal/state regulations.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bilingual Russian-speaking required
• Valid New York State HHA Certification

📜 Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements

• Valid New York State HHA Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illness, or challenging behaviors

💰 What We Offer

• Competitive pay of $19.65 per hour
• Overtime pay after 40 hours at $29.47 per hour
