de Toledo High School is a vibrant and innovative independent high school that values diversity, excellence, and community. We are seeking a dynamic Hebrew educator to join our team and inspire students at all levels of Hebrew language learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to five (5) Hebrew classes
• Meet responsibilities set forth by the department chair and school administration

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent
• Teaching credential preferred
• Ability to teach all levels of Hebrew
• Minimum of 3+ years teaching Hebrew in a Jewish day school in America at High School/Middle School level
• Knowledge of Hebrew as a native language
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Proficient with 21st-century technology tools for classroom instruction
• Knowledge of differentiation strategies and language acquisition challenges

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 DOE + Benefits
