We are offering a specialized part-time consulting opportunity for Hebrew-speaking voice professionals with excellent spoken-audio skills, aiming to support AI audio training and evaluation. 🎙️

Overview

This role involves collaborating with a leading AI research laboratory dedicated to advancing AI systems' ability to handle and generate high-quality audio data. Selected professionals will contribute recorded Hebrew audio to enhance model performance through structured recordings, consistent delivery, and superior audio quality. While professional voice acting experience is preferred, candidates with relevant backgrounds in music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar fields are encouraged to apply. 🎧

Key Responsibilities

🎤 Voice Recording & Audio Delivery

• Record high-quality Hebrew audio to support AI model improvement and evaluation
• Deliver speech in a clear, neutral-to-upbeat customer service style with strong enunciation and consistent pacing
• Follow transcript instructions carefully while maintaining natural and vocal consistency

📝 Script Accuracy & Recording Precision

• Pay close attention to punctuation, commas, dashes, and pacing within transcripts
• Record scripts exactly as written or make precise edits preserving natural pacing when necessary
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all submitted audio content

💻 Technical Setup & Project Support

• Utilize a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and editing software
• Support the project with reliable participation and quality-focused output
• Communicate effectively in English as needed throughout the project

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Hebrew with strong spoken communication skills
• Professional or semi-professional experience in voice acting or related audio fields
• Background in music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar areas involving recorded speech
• Proficient in English for smooth communication during the project
• Attentive to detail in reading and recording scripts
• Owns a professional home recording setup capable of producing high-quality audio
• Born and raised in Israel (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional voice acting experience
• Experience with performance-based recorded audio work
• Excellent control over pacing, tone, diction, and customer-facing voice delivery

Contract Details

• Type: Independent contractor
• Location: Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Compensation: $225 USD per finished hour based on submitted audio length
• Time Commitment: Approximately 2–10 hours per week, for about 1–2 weeks from the start date
• Project Start Date: Monday, March 16, 2026
• Note: Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance
• Payments: Weekly via Stripe or Wise
• Additional Info: No access to confidential or proprietary information; H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported at this time
