We deliver secure, high-quality language solutions in over 80 spoken and signed languages for USCIS and other federal agencies.

We are actively seeking Hebrew Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) to support our USCIS contract. Hebrew is a priority Middle Eastern language critical for immigration, asylum, and legal proceedings.

Responsibilities 📝

• Provide real-time Hebrew ↔ English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.
• Ensure interpretation accuracy, impartiality, and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with USCIS/DHS standards.
• Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge interpretation requests as needed.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality assurance reviews.

Qualifications ✅

• Native or near-native fluency in Hebrew and English.
• At least 2 years of professional interpreting experience (preferred in immigration, asylum, legal, medical, or government settings).
• Knowledge of interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong telephone communication skills with the ability to stay accurate under pressure.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 federal clearance.
