Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Craft detailed prompts across diverse subjects in Hebrew and English (C1+ level), guiding AI learning to reflect comprehensive understanding. 📝
• Optimize AI Performance: Review and rank responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and relevance in both languages. 📈
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for biases or inaccuracies, validating their reliability across various use cases. 🔍

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew, with strong writing and editing skills in both formal and informal contexts.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing) for bilingual assessments.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, or content review.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed rubrics consistently, even with high-volume tasks.
• Strong fact-checking skills, with comfort validating information via reputable sources as required.
• Ability to identify reasoning gaps, methodological errors, and unclear explanations, even when language is fluent.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment with reliable communication skills.
• Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Israeli cultural norms and terminology across sectors like news, education, consumer, and tech is a plus.
