Work Location: USA (remote/work from home)

Preferred Availability: 20 hours per week or more

Engagement Model: Freelance/Independent contractor

Role & Responsibilities

• Transcribe content: Handwritten and typed text from scanned or digital documents.
• Annotate text: Draw bounding boxes around text lines using annotation tools.
• Review & verify: Ensure transcribed data is accurate and complete.
• Maintain standards: Follow consistent labeling standards and project guidelines.
• Report issues: Identify problems and suggest enhancements to improve OCR performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills: Idiomatic fluency in Hebrew.
• Proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Equipment & Environment: Access to a computer with the ability to work effectively remotely.
• Attention to detail: Ability to meet daily quality standards.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities efficiently.
• Analytical Skills: Track, analyze, and report on issues.
• Communication: Strong oral and written skills.
• Problem-Solving & Time Management: Proven ability in managing tasks effectively.
