What You'll Do: Duties & Responsibilities 🎯
- Implement classroom norms established by the lead teacher
- Assist with activities designed by the lead teacher, working with small groups
- Prepare materials to support classroom instruction
- Facilitate project work with small groups of students
- Supervise recess, lunch, and extracurricular activities both inside and outside the classroom
- Support students in clarifying their understanding of the material through targeted small group work

Qualifications & Requirements ✅
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience working with [K-8] students in an educational setting is highly desirable
