- Base salary: $75,000/year

Position Overview
At our client organization, we provide life-extending healthcare services to our most vulnerable seniors. Our innovative model of care allows participants to remain safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities. We act both as a health plan and a provider to deliver comprehensive, community-first care.
The Healthcare Sales Specialist (also known as Outreach Specialist) is essential to our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team. This role is pivotal in driving enrollment success by building community relationships, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into our programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outreach and engagement activities within communities
- Identify opportunities with community organizations to generate qualified leads and enrollments
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other organizations
- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans to meet enrollment goals
- Educate community referral sources about our services
Requirements & Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration (preferred)
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare or senior care setting (preferred)
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Athena, or similar technologies
- Outside sales and marketing experience is highly desirable
- Mandarin or Cantonese language proficiency is required
