Health & Safety Specialist - Manufacturing Plant

🌍 A leading global confectionery company is looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Specialist to oversee safety compliance at its manufacturing facility. This role is essential in maintaining a safe environment and ensuring adherence to both legal regulations and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Develop and implement training plans for staff safety procedures
• Maintain and update safety documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to promote safety awareness

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Certification as ASPP or RSPP
• Fluency in Italian and English
