Responsibilities 🎯

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with business leaders to set and achieve strategic goals
  • Lead process optimization to boost productivity and reduce costs
  • Leverage strong Japanese networks to facilitate market growth
  • Expand Japan’s market presence through business development – support and initiatives

Operations and Performance Management 🔧

  • Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge operational success

Qualifications ✅
