Your Mission 🎯

Architect and pilot our Revenue Engine, transforming Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine. Lead proactively, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and guide our team to success.

Key Responsibilities ⚙️

• Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit strategies.
• Identify segments where offers resonate and where they need adjustment or cessation based on evidence.
• Design and oversee funnels and campaigns: map processes, implement tracking, and ensure data integrity.
• Engage in relentless optimization through CRO and A/B testing: design, execute, and analyze tests independently.
• Proactively identify friction points, audit pages, and propose impactful fixes.
