Your Mission
- Architect and steer the Revenue Engine.
- Transform Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine.
- Lead initiatives, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and guide the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offers for Market Fit.
- Identify segments where offers succeed or fail, and optimize accordingly.
- Architect funnels and campaigns:
- Map, oversee implementation, set up tracking, ensure data integrity.
- Lead relentless optimization via CRO & A/B testing:
- Design, launch, analyze tests, and implement fixes promptly.
- Explore and scale acquisition channels, manage paid social, and find new winning campaigns.
- Collaborate with Content Factory; provide data-backed briefs and generate quick-win ideas.
- Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.
- Diagnose growth issues across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
- Lead the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) as a strategic partner.
- Build and manage the team: source talent, train, and make staffing decisions.
- Align with Sales to prioritize high-intent leads, establish feedback loops, and set appointment goals.
Tools You'll Master
GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other insights-driven tools.
KPIs You’re Responsible For
- LTV / CAC ratio
- Funnel conversion rates by stage
- X experiments launched weekly
- Conversion rates surpassing baseline
- Continuous growth experimentation
- Establishment of a predictable growth engine
Experience & Competencies
- Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing — preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital products
- Proven success designing, implementing, and scaling A/B & multivariate tests to boost revenue, activation, or conversions
- Strong growth diagnosis & system thinking skills

- Analytical rigor
