Key Responsibilities 📋

Culinary Leadership

Operations & Systems

  • Maintain and refine kitchen procedures, organization, and systems
  • Manage food costs, ordering, inventories, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance across all kitchen areas

Menu & Product Development

  • Execute a modern Italian menu with meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborate on seasonal updates and product-driven changes
  • Uphold high standards in sourcing, preparation, and presentation
