Key Responsibilities 📋
Culinary Leadership
- Oversee all kitchen operations ensuring consistency and quality
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a positive professional culture within the BOH team
- Be actively engaged during service, leading from the front when necessary
Operations & Systems
- Maintain and refine kitchen procedures, organization, and systems
- Manage food costs, ordering, inventories, and vendor relationships
- Ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance across all kitchen areas
Menu & Product Development
- Execute a modern Italian menu with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate on seasonal updates and product-driven changes
- Uphold high standards in sourcing, preparation, and presentation
