Initially focusing on **Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI)**, this position provides a clear pathway to advance into **Video Remote Interpretation (VRI)**. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate, consecutive interpretation mainly in medical environments 🏥
• Facilitating crucial communication in social services and financial sectors 💬

Requirements

Experience

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in remote medical interpretation 🩺

Language Proficiency

• Minimum C1 fluency in English 🗣️
• Valid certifications accepted include EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE 📜

Interpretation Certification

• Must pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation during the hiring process 🎯

Core Skills & Compliance

• Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology 📝
• Currently hold or willing to obtain HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications 🛡️
