Job Summary
As a Guest Services Representative, you will exercise excellent judgment and uphold confidentiality in a variety of situations. Your strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills will help maintain a balance among multiple priorities. You will work both independently and collaboratively, managing projects from inception to completion while handling sensitive matters with discretion. 🛎️
Essential Job Functions
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating strong communication, process, and project management skills; collaborating effectively across all management levels.
- Bringing together diverse perspectives to identify issues and develop solutions across organizational boundaries.
- Delivering high-quality results with passion and supporting a strong team environment.
- Providing sound guidance on technical and process-related issues to management.
- Maintaining a highly professional demeanor and adhering to the highest standards of integrity.

- Managing daily front desk activities in a dynamic, sensitive environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Passing the PACE marketing exam within your first 60 days of employment.
- Keeping current with software and documentation updates to ensure optimal guest services.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance guest experience.
Guest Service Representative Expectations
- Communicating information clearly and effectively to individuals or groups, considering audience and context.
- Upholding HIPAA regulations and respecting confidentiality at all times.
- Delivering compelling oral presentations.
- Listening actively, interpreting nonverbal cues, and responding appropriately.
- Providing excellent phone etiquette, greeting participants and visitors, and monitoring reception flow.
- Displaying strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including staff and board members.
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, projects, and committees as needed.
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and schedules, including breaks and attendance.
- Performing other duties as assigned with flexibility in working hours.
- May require the use of a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of general office procedures, equipment, and filing systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn department policies, goals, and services.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Ability to access all areas of the center during the workday.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally, 15 pounds frequently, and 7 pounds constantly; assistance required for objects over 50 pounds.
- Constant hand grasp and finger dexterity; frequent sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive movements.
- Occasional bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Work environment is indoor, well-lit, ventilated, heated, and air-conditioned.

Compensation
Salary Range: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour 💰
