The GTM Enablement Manager - Onboarding & Success will oversee and develop training programs for our Onboarding and Success teams across the U.S., Canada, and the UK. This includes virtual and live instructor-led sessions, eLearning, videos, coaching guides, and more assets to empower team performance.
This role collaborates closely with the GTM Enablement team, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and GTM Leadership. The ideal candidate is independent, solutions-oriented, and a collaborative problem solver who thrives on training post-sales teams and motivating everyone to excel. π€

Job Duties & Responsibilities π
- Build and lead onboarding programs for new hires on the Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
- Create and launch role-based playbooks for these teams.
- Partner with Enablement and GTM leadership to identify learning gaps and develop programs to address them.
- Design enablement packages incorporating live training, eLearning, documentation, and reinforcement guides, utilizing available tools like Highspot.
- Use data and insights to inform curriculum development and content creation, ensuring team success.
- Manage change communications for post-sale teams, including support for All Hands calls.
- Provide coaching and feedback in collaboration with managers and team leads across the customer journey.
Note: Additional tasks may be assigned based on evolving business needs. π
Requirements & Qualifications π
- Minimum of 3+ years in Revenue Enablement, working with Sales Engineers, CSMs, or onboarding teams.
- Experience in building post-sales playbooks, adoption strategies, or running data-driven experiments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, and Highspot.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for fostering change.
- Fast learner with a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Verbal and Written Spanish.

- Base salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
