⚙️ Responsibilities

The Growth Support Specialist collaborates with the Community Liaison/Business Development team to foster patient admissions and grow census. Key duties include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound communication with patients and referral partners
  • Explaining the benefits of enrollment and scheduling initial appointments
  • Verifying patient insurance details and eligibility
  • Supporting internal processes related to patient eligibility and admission
  • Educating patients and referral sources about our mission of providing high-quality, personalized healthcare at home
  • Adhering to quality, productivity, and compliance standards
  • Triaging patient concerns regarding care, scheduling, and billing to appropriate departments
  • Responding promptly and professionally to email inquiries
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information

🎓 Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Effective and professional communication skills across all organizational levels

Preferred:

  • Experience in insurance verification

💰 Compensation & Hours

  • Maximum Pay Rate: USD $28.13 per hour
  • Minimum Pay Rate: USD $23.52 per hour

Note: Compensation packages are determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
