Position Overview

As a Translator at Epic, you’ll leverage your extensive language skills to accurately translate a variety of documentation, training materials, and software for a global leader in electronic medical records technology. Your expertise will influence our localization efforts, quality assurance, and terminology management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute important translation projects with a high level of autonomy
• Contribute to clinical, administrative, and financial product localization
• Collaborate closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams
• Ensure translation maintains appropriate feeling, tone, and style

Qualifications

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) 🌎
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both in writing and speaking
• Experience translating from American English into German (strongly preferred)
• Ability to adapt translation tone, feeling, and style to context
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required—we will provide training
• COVID-19 vaccination 💉
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
