Position Overview

As a translator at Epic, you will leverage your language expertise to accurately translate a wide variety of documentation, training materials, and software for a global leader in electronic medical records. Your contributions will support our localization, quality assurance, and terminology management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute critical translation projects with independence and autonomy
• Translate clinical, administrative, and financial product content
• Collaborate closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams
• Help shape our localization efforts for German-speaking healthcare organizations

Qualifications

• Relocation to Madison, WI, with reimbursed expenses
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience translating from American English into German is strongly preferred
• Ability to preserve tone, feeling, and style in translations
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
