Position Overview

As a Translator at Epic, you will leverage your language expertise to accurately translate a variety of documentation, training materials, and software for a global leader in electronic medical records technology. Your contributions will support our localization efforts, quality assurance, and terminology management.

What You'll Do

• Translate clinical, administrative, and financial product documentation, training materials, and software
• Work closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to produce innovative solutions for German-speaking healthcare organizations
• Manage and execute important translation projects with autonomy and independence
• Contribute to localization initiatives ensuring tone, feeling, and style are preserved

Qualifications

• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed) 🚚
• Excellent proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) 🗣️
• Experience translating from American English into German is strongly preferred
• Strong ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required — training will be provided
• COVID-19 vaccination required ✅
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
