We are seeking skilled language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and enhancing German (Germany) customer service content. This position involves refining machine-translated materials to ensure precision, natural language flow, and adherence to project standards.

🔍 What You'll Do

• Conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches.
• Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with established quality standards.
• Identify systemic MT quality issues such as recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
• Provide high-level qualitative feedback contributing directly to final quality reports and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Project Duration: Ongoing — Tasks are assigned on an ad hoc basis, with variability in volume and timing depending on client needs.
• Hourly Rate: $44.06

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in German (Germany) and strong English skills.
