About the Team

The Secure Networking Team is a specialized business-side unit of experts dedicated to enabling Secure Networking (SN) products like SD-LAN/WiFi and underlay connectivity for large Deutsche Telekom B2B enterprise customers within the Allegro Program. 🤝

This team acts as a vital bridge between product owners, who develop and market SN products, and the delivery and IT organizations responsible for implementation. They define essential delivery capabilities for each product and ensure these are effectively developed and deployed. Working in an agile, interdisciplinary environment, the team drives alignment, speeds up delivery, and maintains high-quality standards across multiple interconnected SN products.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end management of projects and initiatives related to IT products and services within the Offer, Order, and Billing environments. 🎯

Collaborating closely with delivery departments, customer suppliers, and project teams, your goal is to ensure successful project delivery and highest quality service for our customers. Your key responsibilities include:

• Product ownership for IT solutions in Offer, Order & Billing
• Managing projects from planning to completion (implementation, tracking, delivery)
• Engaging with international teams, stakeholders, IT architects, developers, and external partners
• Coordinating multiple streams, dependencies, risks, and priorities
• Creating and maintaining project status, progress, and management reports
• Ensuring project goals, quality standards, budgets, and timelines are met
• Networking across the corporate environment and coordinating across teams and countries
• Supporting product and roadmap planning and strategic decision-making

Qualifications & Profile

Required Experience & Skills

• Over 6 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
• Proven success in managing complex IT projects
• Strong understanding of offer, order, and billing processes (preferably within telco environments)
• Experience with traditional and hybrid project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe)
• Excellent stakeholder management, moderation, and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with IT tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, along with excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical mindset with a structured working approach
• Confident, independent, and senior-level professional presence

Language Skills

• Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written) – mandatory for daily communication

Methodological & Personal Skills

• Strong ownership mentality and result-driven approach
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Capacity to navigate complex organizational structures confidently
• Resilient with robust prioritization skills for handling multiple parallel topics
